The teams only have two weeks to finish off their final project before the competition comes to an end. However both are encountering problems. Amanda and Tracey's house has been on the market for three weeks, but nobody wants to live in the area. Jem and Dave have made a good job of their country cottage, but without an estate agent involved, it isn't going to sell. However, a friendly millionaire may be the solution to their problems.
