The scene opens with Will and Amber in the woods and Will tells that she needed a reason to come out there and get the food anyways. Amber tells that she feels bad anyways. Will tells that they are probably digging in the wrong spot and Amber starts to have second thoughts. Will tells that she has an idea. She opens the kitchen door with a knife and gets the key from the hiding spot. They walk in the cooler and find brownies. Amber asks about Will’s parents and she tells that they probably had to work or something. She tells that they’re rich and that they don’t have the time for her. Amber starts eating the brownies, but spits it out in a napkin. She tells that she gets the taste but not the calories. Will tells that her behavior is signs of an eating disorder. She tells that they need to go and on their way back, George sees them and flashes a light in Will’s eyes. Will runs off.

The next morning in the cabin, everyone is getting ready and Amber’s mom finds Will’s track suit that her parents sent her. She asks whose it is and Will tells that it is Amber’s. She is happy and tells Amber to try it on. Later in the cafeteria, Dr. Rand announces the second day of Parent’s Weekend and Will goes up to Joe and he gives her a dirty look as he hands her food to her. Trent tells his parents about their time Larking and his dad doesn’t like his conversation and changes it to Trent’s step mother’s necklace being lost. She tells that she probably lost in the cabin. She tries to continue Trent’s conversation but he tells her to forget about it. Will talks about her dream and Amber walks in. Becca asks Will if she and Amber are friends now and she tells that Amber and her only talked about personal stuff together.
Dr. Rand meets with Shea and she tells that they should set up a craft table and chairs for the event and Shea tells that she hired a new chef for the camp and tells that Joe said that he had to leave. Dr. Rand seems upset and sees Joe come out of his cabin. She tries to catch him but is stopped by parents who have a lot of questions. The games begin and everyone is getting into the spirit and Will tells that his family looks happy. Ian tries to hide the fact that he is not happy and asks Will to stick around. In the girl’s cabin, Chloe comes in to find Becca reading “The Rules” and tells that her aunt has the book. Becca tells that it is pretty dumb so far. Becca tells that it was nice seeing them. Chloe thinks that Becca was going to say something and Becca ask why they stopped being friends. Chloe tells that she didn’t do anything and tells that she just wanted to hang out with a different group and be a different person. Becca tells that she understands.
George is leading a race and sees Will. He tells that he saw her and for her not to do anything to make Amber get kicked out of camp. She tells him not to tell her what to do ever again and hints to him that she knows about him and Amber. Alistair is cleaning up and finds Trent’s mom’s necklace and puts it in his pocket. Piznarski enters and calls Alistair “Athena” and he tells for him not to call him that. Piznarski asks if he got his note and Alistair tells that he did and that they are cool and that he hasn’t thought about it, but it is visible that Piznarski is not over it. Meanwhile, Trent and his dad and step-mom are sitting around and his dad asks if he could meet his girlfriend Amber. But Trent doesn’t want to give up the truth and tells that he wants to go somewhere else. His step-mom tells that she will just lay down somewhere. Amber’s mom and her are talking about the track suit and asks if Amber is stealing again. She tells that she didn’t steal it but her mother doesn’t believe her. Amber’s mom runs off for a cigarette.

Dr. Rand looks for her dad and finds a suitcase packed. Trent’s step-mom is in the boy’s cabin trying to find the necklace and Chloe enters and asks her to give a note to Trent. She asks if Trent talks about her and Chloe tells that Trent keeps to himself a lot. She starts to cry and Chloe comforts her. Dr. Rand finds Joe in the office and she is upset. He gives her a note and she rips it up. She tells that she wants him gone now. She tells that she doesn’t hate him but when Joe tells that Rand has a sister, she explodes and tells that she doesn’t care about her. Joe tells that if he doesn’t go and pick her up, her mother is going to put her into a juvenile delinquent camp. Joe starts to cry and tells that he is worried about his other daughter and Rand tells that it will be alright and they forgive each other. Meanwhile, a tug of war is underway and Carter’s team wins. Carter’s sister tells that she is happy because she wants to be supportive but doesn’t know what to say to her. George is looking at Amber and is tries to keep conversation. Ian asks where his dad is and he is flirting with Amber’s mother. Will asks if his parents if they have heard Ian’s song. In the day room, Will and Ian are playing and singing the song and Trent is pressured to play drums by his step-mom. He tells that he doesn’t play drums. But when Will asks, he decides to do it. They start their song again and Will gets into. Everyone claps and Trent’s step-mom asks the name of their band and Ian tells that they have not figured out a name yet.
The parents are all leaving and Ian’s dad is showing off his new car. Amber’s mom comes up and asks if he could give her a life but is only joking. Amber sees George getting a little familiar with Carter’s sister and she runs off. Ian follows her and tells that his parents are not together and for her not to worry. She tells that she needs a tissue and Ian offers her his shirt. She tells that Ian is the nicest person she has met. She tells that she can’t believe she freaked out and she tells that she made herself believe something and it is not every going to happen. Ian comes clean about his massive crush and tells that it would never happen because look at him. Amber kisses him and he kisses back. She pauses and tells that they should get back to their parents. George and Carter’s sister talk and she asks for them to stay in touch and he tells that he is kind of seeing someone. She tells that the girl is lucky. Will walks in the kitchen and asks where Joe is and the new chef tells that he had to go home. Meanwhile, Alistair is cutting his shirt to make it into a girl’s shirt so that he can sport his new necklace that he found. Ian walks in and tells that he is not going to believe the news that he has.

Parents Weekend is over and Dr. Rand tells that it is hard to have their parents leave. She starts to cry and Poppy starts singing the Camp Victory song. Will sees that Amber and Ian are holding hands and George sees it too. Will gets up and leaves and Becca follows. She tells that she doesn’t feel well and yells at Becca about following. Becca yells at her and tells that she is tired of being her second choice and she leaves. After the campfire, Shea comes up to Dr. Rand and tells that she wants to help her. She tells that she is good in emergencies and tells that she was lucky to find the chef. She tells that her dad is quite a guy because of the way he cares for her and she tells that she never had that. Dr. Rand walks off and sees Will sitting by herself. She tells that the last bell rang and Will confesses that she took brownies from the kitchen and tells that she has to throw her out. Rand tells that it was Joe’s fault for showing her where the key is. Will asks how she felt about herself when she was fat. Rand tells that she hurts herself less then when she was fat. They look at the stars and Will tells that you can really see the stars at camp. Dr. Rand replies, “Yeah, yeah you can”.
