Hunted delves into the world of espionage as Melissa George is cast as a operative that has to fight against her own team as they try to kill her. Not knowing where to turn, she must find out who she can trust and those she cannot. From the creators of The X Files comes a eight-episode drama that goes deeper into the secret world than few others have been before.

The series was shot in Europe and is host to several other cast members. Byzantium is instructed to eliminate Jack Turner, but after the attempted assassination fails, Sam becomes exposed as a spy, and is trapped and unable to escape from the house. Turner shows the evidence he has against Byzantium’s client. Sam is secretly being poisoned to death and finally starts to remember terrible memories that explain why the conspirators from Hourglass want her dead.

1x8: Snow Maiden recap: The scene opens with Sam narrating the book “The Snow Maiden”. The scene changes and Sam goes for her jog and remembers more of what happened to her. However, she gets sick and vomits. Aidan comes to meet her and tells her that Jack is to be eliminated. Aidan says that her time is running out and that the client won’t need her after this. He says that she is going to have to remember what she saw. She tells him that she can’t remember what she has tried to forget all these years. He tells her that she won’t have to be afraid anymore if she remembers. Meanwhile, Zoe has a blank stare on her face in bed and Andrew asks what is going on. She undresses and attempts to have sex with him, but he stops her. He says that they need to talk. He asks what is wrong and she tells him that it is a big job that she is worried about. 1x7: Khyber recap: The scene opens in Gedawar Valley, Pakistan sixteen months ago. Dr. Horst Goebel leads a 16-year-old girl named Noura and a man into a place where there was a disaster. Children are lying dead in the streets. They approach a lake where Dr. Goble retrieves a cylinder. He tells the man and Noura that it is evidence. At Stokes Estate, Outside London present day, Sam climbs the walls. Inside, a security guard searches to find no one. Sam comes down the stairs and enters into a room. She gets on a computer and pulls up schematics of the estate. She makes her way to the Archive room and searches for Hourglass. An alarm is triggered and Sam finds the file. She takes it, but stops when she finds a file on her mother as well. She closes it when a man enters. She knocks him unconscious and another security guard comes in and tries to catch her. 1x6: Polyhedrus recap: The scene opens in Islamabad, Pakistan where Fatima Zahir is getting off a plane. Umiar, one of the men on her staff, is sending a fax when a man comes in and catches him. Umiar strangles him with a cord. The fax says “WSC @ 4. I am trusting you”. It is the location and time of a meeting and Jack Turner gets a copy too. Bingham is ordered to tell Tyrone and not David. However, Bingham tells Jack that the risks are considerable. Jack doesn’t care and Bingham tells him that he has his loyalty. Jack burns the fax that he received. Meanwhile, Aiden gets escorted to the hospital and wakes up. He walks out of the hospital passing by the Blank-Faced Man.
