Alex's convoy transports a 100-ton electrical unit, the largest load ever hauled on the ice; Rick fears that he has frostbite and is driving in a truck with no heat; and T.J. heads out on ice that is beginning to melt.
To much of a good thing, I'm actually starting to feel glad this series is almost over.
I don't blame Rick for quitting, losing his feet or toes isn't worth it.
Is it just me or is Hugh purposely treating his people like crap so he can feel like a macho man. You didn't see Hugh drive without heat did you? Hugh, you have dangerous and crappy equipment not to mention poor management skills. |

I'm kinda glad it's almost over as well. 10 episodes is a few too many. A 6 episode season would probably be plenty.
If I was Rick I would have quit too. Ice trucking is not worth losing toes or other appendages for.
And yeah, Hugh seems to be going out of his way to shoot everyone down. Hugh sucks. |

A season 2 would be the same thing all over again, but it did get fairly good reviews, so who knows. It was good as a one season special series, but more than that might be overkill. |
