Description:
When it comes to chat and celebrity, there's only one name that matters, Alan Partridge (Steve Coogan). Follow the miss-adventures of a minor celebrity in this HMV exclusive box set, which draws together Alan's three complete series and one Christmas special.
Alan's at the top of the chat world in 'Knowing Me Knowing You' his first big TV chat show, but things don't go smoothly with annoying guests and strange variety acts booked. Things go from bad to worse in the Christmas special, which finds Alan spectacularly getting fired live on air by the head of the BBC. 'I'm Alan Partridge' catches up with Alan and finds him doing the graveyard shift at Radio Norwich and living in the local Travel Tavern, though he still lives in hope of getting back on TV, a situation which by the end of the series looks very possible. Series 2 of 'I'm Alan Partridge' finds Alan moving back towards the big time and living in a caravan while his new luxury house gets built.
