	David Swain, played by Kyle MacLachlan (1) David Swain is the prosecutor for the National Justice Project. Although he has a big ego, when there is a case that is very important to the NJP, Swain does all he can to help the innocent get out of jail. He works closely with Charles Conti, who focuses more on the detective work for the National Justice Project.
