Recap

The scene opens in Denver, Colorado 3 weeks ago. A Timmy comes into the office of Jimmy and introduces him to Ivan Varoshi. He says that he is taking Winnie with him. Winnie tells Jimmy to get out tonight. Later that evening, Jimmy is still at work when he sees a girl going up to the window and a man get out of a car and shoot the girl several times. He calls the police and becomes a member of the WITSEC database. At headquarters, Stan tells Mary that he likes the new girl because she has a lot of pep. Mary asks who they have and Stan says that James is a former employee to Kirsh Opair International, the babysitter shakedown. Stan says that it was a prostitution trade rather than a babysitting company. Mary joins in the case and Marshall tells that the smoke is not going to clear. Perillo gets into Jame’s face and tells that he will take him down if he doesn’t adhere to the rules. Marshall tells Perillo to tone it down, but Perillo tells that he is going to do his job. When James hears that they are trying to charge Winnie, he says that he can’t do this if they are going to charge Winnie...
