<-- Previous EpisodeNext Episode -->
The scene opens in Denver, Colorado 3 weeks ago. A Timmy comes into the office of Jimmy and introduces him to Ivan Varoshi. He says that he is taking Winnie with him. Winnie tells Jimmy to get out tonight. Later that evening, Jimmy is still at work when he sees a girl going up to the window and a man get out of a car and shoot the girl several times. He calls the police and becomes a member of the WITSEC database. At headquarters, Stan tells Mary that he likes the new girl because she has a lot of pep. Mary asks who they have and Stan says that James is a former employee to Kirsh Opair International, the babysitter shakedown. Stan says that it was a prostitution trade rather than a babysitting company. Mary joins in the case and Marshall tells that the smoke is not going to clear. Perillo gets into Jame’s face and tells that he will take him down if he doesn’t adhere to the rules. Marshall tells Perillo to tone it down, but Perillo tells that he is going to do his job. When James hears that they are trying to charge Winnie, he says that he can’t do this if they are going to charge Winnie.

Mary talks to James and asks about Winnie and James says that he is motivated, but doesn’t want to charge her for the crimes. Perillo shows a picture of Winnie giving Ivan Varoshi a business card and says that she did it in the Camans. James tells them to set a meeting and says that he wants to ask Winnie one question. However, Marshall tells that they don’t do that because they can’t put their star witness in a room full of potential criminals. Mary says that Marshall and Serillo could go to see Winnie and give any message. He tells them to ask a question that he writes on a piece of paper. Mary asks about James being in Winnie’s wedding and he says that he was the Man of Honor. Mary asks Marshall if that is an oxymoron. Mary talks to Marshall and says that this case is dumb and Delia comes up and says that it sounds like a romantic comedy. However, Mary says that she hates romantic comedies and Delia says that Mary needs a visit from Cupid too. Stan tells that Marshall is going with Perillo and says that they both have to go through training and Marshall asks if Scalavino is going to be there and dread it. Mary brings up the Winnie/James love triangle and Marshall asks what she would do if it was him. She says that she would be logical in it.

Later at Fitness Training, Scalavino has Mary in a hold and tells her to break free. He takes some “liberties” and touches Mary inappropriately. Marshall can’t take it anymore and tackles Scalavino. Mary and Stan get him off of him and Scalavino tells that he wants Marshall suspended. Stan agrees and tells him that he is benched. Mary is in the office with Perillo and he doesn’t like the fact that they have to go with Mary and says that he is looking for delicacy and Mary pretends to be happy. Mary is packing and she gets a call from her sister and says that it was the day that she was getting her dress today and Mary should be there. Mary apologizes that her work doesn’t go along with her schedule. Mary and Perillo arrive in Colorado and talk to Winnie. She says that she doesn’t like the fact that her husband is suspected of human trafficking. Mary tells that James wrote a note for her. It says that he will come for her. Winnie says that the quote is from “The Princess Bride”. Mary asks if she is positive that Teddy didn’t have anything to do with it and says that James seems to think so. Winnie says that she can’t believe it and tells her to give a not to James. Mary meets James and gives him the note and it says “I would not say such things if I were you”. Mary tells that the note means that she doesn’t want to see him. However, James says that she doesn’t know and asks if he can get 5 minutes with Winnie. She tells him that it is not possible and James tells that he knows what he has to do.

Meanwhile, Marshall fulfills his time with psychiatrist Shelly and she asks if Stan was under duress or Detective Chaffey. Marshall asks how she knows about him and Abigail. Shelly asks if he has spent 5 minutes with his new co-worker. Dielia talks to Mary about who is dating who and says that she is dialed in to all the information. Meanwhile, James is driving and texting when a cop pulls up behind him and he crashes his car. Mary gets a call and tells that she is on her way. She realizes that she has to take Delia and she is not at all pleased about it. They arrive at the crash site and find James on the side of the road. Abigail comes up and says that James was texting and driving. Mary finds out that he was texting Winnie and headed to Colorado. They take him back to WITSEC and Mary asks why they are not kicking him out of the program and Stan says that his testimony is important. Later at the firing range, Mary tells Marshall that Delia was the one to tell Shelly about him and Abigail. He tells Mary that he didn’t tell about James to Abigail. He says that he is upset that he can’t fire a weapon while on suspension.

Later, Brandi takes a picture of her shoes and asks which one Mary likes. She tells that they look the same and says that she is not cut out for this and has to go, but she likes the eggshell. Stan shows Mary that they have had a murder. Mary shows James and he says that he knows the guy to be Teddy’s East Coast Vice President. He says that he is not going to testify until he talks to Winnie. He says that she is going to have to arrest him and so he does. Meanwhile, Marshall asks if Shelly is holding him hostage and Shelly says that is not the case and changes the subject to Mary’s abduction. She asks how he felt and he finally tells that he felt powerless. She tells that they have accomplished what they wanted and says that she is going to restore Marshall to full duty. Perillo, Marshall and Mary talk and tell that they need to get James and Winnie in the same room. They do it and James tells that he came across some trips that didn’t make sense. Mary speeds things up and shows the picture of her giving Ivan and she tells that she is not guilty. Mary tells that James loves her so much that he is refusing to testify to protect her. Mary sees it urethral in front of her and tells that James loves her and she loves him too. Marshall loves it and Mary can’t believe it.

Later, Scalavino and Stan meet and Stan tells that Scalavino needs to get out of his town and stay behind his desk. James tells Mary that he is going to disappear for a while. Winnie comes to the airport and Mary says that Winnie testified against Teddy and they get on the plane together and Marshall laughs and says that he likes this. He offers peanuts to Mary as they watch them. Mary tells James that they are going to be in the same city, but different homes. Mary tells James to get on the plane and James hugs Mary goodbye. Marshall asks what she is thinking and tells Mary that she is cupid because she got James and Winnie together and tells him to get out tonight. The episode ends with James and Winnie meeting for a date, Marshall and Abigail kissing and Brandi showing off her dress and Mary relaxing with a glass of wine for the night.
