The scene opens in Reno Nevada three years ago where a man is trying to sell bonds so that a city in Kansas can build a church for their town. The elderly couple tells that they don’t need anymore information and tells that they are sold on the idea. The man goes to his partner and tells him that he made another sale. However, his partner says that “they” know about them skimming off the top. The man gets scared and says that he has to go. He drives up to a cliff and puts gasoline in the car and a rock on the gas pedal. The car drives off the cliff to fake his death. He gets in another car and thinks that he has gotten away, but the FBI arrives to arrest him. He is taken to WITSEC and Mary doesn’t like him because of the fact that he is a conman. Marshall takes the case and sits down with him. The man tells that he needs to get a job and get the money rolling again. He says that he is not like the people he was skimming from. He is given the name Ronnie McIntire for his time.

Three years later, Mary is at home when she gets a call from Stan telling her to get her glove and come and play softball. However, Mary tells that it is Saturday and her Saturday’s are sacred. Brandi calls and tells Mary that Mark, her ex-husband, is in town and that she should meet up with him. She tells that it is not going to happen, but when Mary opens the door, Mark is standing there with Brandi. He tells that he is in town for a Heating and Ventilation convention. He tells her that she hasn’t changed at all and asks her to dinner. She tells that she is busy, but reluctantly accepts. Meanwhile, Marshall wakes up next to Abigail and she says that things are getting pretty serious with them and suggests that he bring over some of his things and says that she bought a lock box for his gun. He says that he wants to take things slow and not ruin what they have. Abigail reluctantly agrees with him. Mary arrives at “Western Vision”, a framing and art shop that Ronnie owns. He says that he is doing good and is doing it all for his girl, Danica. He says that he has amazing energy and plays it up and says that he is flying strait. Mary tells that he passed his surprise WITSEC inspection.
After Mary leaves, Ronnie dresses in a suit and tie and goes over to another office building. He sits down and a man comes through the door and Ronnie welcomes him. The guy tells that he is sold on his deal and Mary comes in and says that she is picking up negative ions and tells Ronnie that he is in trouble. However, when they get out, the FBI are there to arrest him. Marshall and Stan get there and Mary says that she did a great job today, but Stan tells that she should have told him if she had dirt on Ronnie. An FBI agent comes up and says that Dana Taylor wants to talk to him and sit down with him. Mary is upset because things didn’t go well for her and she has a date with her ex-husband. Marshall is confused and Mary tells that she was married for 5 days when she was 17-years-old and it was nothing. Marshall laughs and Mary says that she doesn’t like to brag. They get into the office and Dana wants to know why she messed up an investigation and Mary tells her that Ronnie is their witness. Stan tries to tell Dana about what they do and says that they need to get over it and move on.
Mary and the rest of the team tell Ronnie that he is going to prison. However, Ronnie says that he is going to deliver Julian Conran, a business owner. He says that the fund buys guns for Julian’s gun army. He says that they have to drop all charges. Dana agrees and Mary is upset that he gets away from scamming people. Ronnie tells that he doesn’t want to live in Albuquerque any more and wants to live somewhere tropical. Stan tells them the quicker they get this done, the quicker they can get him out of their hair. Later that night, Mary goes on her date with Mark and Marshall and Abigail show up. Marshall whispers to Mary that he has been waiting to tease her about this. They get a table together and Mark tells Marshall and Abigail about when they were 17 and how things were fun. He asks Marshall if he is living with Abigail and Marshall tells that they are taking it slow. Mary gets interested in that and Mark tells that there is no such thing as taking it slow and that they need to jump to the truth. Mark and Mary get back to her place and get “busy”.

The next day, Mary tells Mark to get going and he asks if he is going to see Mary again and she says that he will have to find out. Mark goes up to Brandi and asks if he can talk to Peter. Meanwhile, Stan gets into the office and says that Ronnie is still a protected witness and Ronnie says that he has an idea and says that they need to get into a meeting in Scottsdale, Arizona. Mary and Marshall are going to go as Ronnie’s lover and finance man. Ronnie says that this is going to be fun. Later in Scottsdale, Dana and Stan are going to be in the catering van and Dana goes over the plan. They get into the party and Mary and Marshall get settled. Julian comes out to the party and tells that he thanks them for coming and says that he has a guy to explain things to them. Julian mingles in the crowd and runs into Ronnie and Mary. They talk business inside and they get frisked. Julian asks if he can frisk Mary and she opens up her dress to find that she is naked underneath. Julian tells Marshall and Ronnie to go so that he can conduct “business”. They talk about what Mary has to offer and she says that she unblocked the tunnels so that they can conduct their “business” in private. He says that he has to call someone.
Outside, Marshall and Ronnie wait and Ronnie tells that the guy giving the presentation is no good. Marshall tells him to be quiet. Back inside, Julian says that he talked to a guy and he says that Mary is right and that the tunnels are opened. They go to the bedroom and Julian shows that he has assault rifles and other weapons. Julian asks why she is really there. He says that she needs what he has. Mary goes over to the bed and asks if they should get this over and make a deal. They agree on $1.4 Million. Julian has Ronnie escorted inside and tells that he is going to hold onto him as collateral until the sale clears. Stan tells the team to go in. Marshall runs right into Julian and they arrest him. Later that evening, Mary checks her message and it is Brandi. She tells her to tell Mark that Peter isn’t hiring right now. Mark comes over and Mary confronts him about it and Mark says that he didn’t lie to her and says that he was downsized and that he needed a job. He tries to explain himself, but Mary tells that she doesn’t want to deal with his issues. They kiss, but Mary says goodbye to him.

The next day, Ronnie brags about the choices of houses and Marshall tells that he can’t wait for him to get out of their hair. Mary doesn’t like that they are spoiling Ronnie and says that disappearing is not that bad. Marshall asks about her and Mark and she says that she didn’t want to buy the ticket to the show. She asks about Abigail and he says that they are doing good. He tells Mary that he averted his eyes when she showed her naked body. Mary tells that they didn’t have to talk about that. Later that evening, Marshall goes to Abigail’s and gives some of his things for her to store. He says that he wants to put his gun in her lockbox and than realizes what he said. They laugh and lay down on the bed. The episode ends with Mark driving away and Mary unwrapping the gift that Mark gave her. It is a picture of her and Mark when she was 17 years old.
