Something Borrowed, Something Blew Up - Recap

The scene opens in Miami, Florida one day ago. Ronnie McIntire talks to the two Federal agents and tells them that he needs his people before going to Texas to testify. At the office, Stan comes in and tells that it is good to have Mary at work. However, she is 8 months pregnant and thus, cannot do any field work. The next day, Brandi calls Mary and asks if she is up. Mary is called to do makeup to see what would be good on Brandi for tomorrow and her big day. Brandi goes off to put her dress on when suddenly, Brandi cries for Mary’s help. Brandi says that she is suffocating and needs to get out of the dress. However, Mary shows that Brandi is actually slipping out of the dress and asks when she last ate. Brandi tells that she forgot to eat all day and tells that she doesn’t want to start off like Jinx did. Mary tells that is not going to happen. Mary gets a call from Stan telling her that Ronnie is coming in tomorrow and that Mary has to come. She tries to tell that she can’t, but it comes from Washington D.C. She goes out of the room and Brandi can’t believe that Mary has to work. Mary says that she is going to in and out tomorrow.

The next day, Ronnie flies in with Marshall and there is a sniper on the roof that has a target on Ronnie. However, he is blocked and can’t get the shot. Mary walks out to find Mark on the couch. She gives Mark the clipboard of the wedding plan and says that just in case she is not back in time. He says that he has it covered. Mary asks when him crashing at her place is going to change. He says that he doesn’t know yet. Mary calls Marshall and she asks what she is going to do with Mark. Marshall tells that he doesn’t really know about that and says that she should take it slow. Ronnie says that he agrees. Marshall asks why he is so calm about this and says that he needs to be prepared. He says that he will be alright. They go to US Attorney Carson Cistulli and talk about how one of the jurors is missing and this makes Mary upset. She tells that she doesn’t have time for this. Ronnie goes up to Mary and asks about Mark. She tells that it is none of his business and that she doesn’t want to talk about it. Ronnie calls Mary a lone wolftress and says that she is just like him.

Marshall, Delia and Abigail go up to Conner’s house, the juror gone missing. Kristy Owens answers the door and tells that he isn’t home. They ask why she is there and she tells that she wanted a book. They see the number 18 tattooed and on the left arm, a White Supremes tattoo. They leave and Delia says that she has the location of Conner’s work already in the GPS. They arrive at the body shop where Conner works to find it abandoned. They find the Conner’s body. Mary calls Mark and asks how things are going. Mark is level headed and says that he has it covered and they are going to get her ready for the big day. Mary is shocked at the new “organized” Mark and says thank you. At headquarters, Marshall and Abigail talk to Kristy and she tells that the people who killed Conner already have things covered and that Ronnie is not safe. Stan tells Cistulli that they are getting the witness out of there and he tries to protest. Stan tells that he has a witness to protect. The Marshalls and the Jury members are getting suited up to go when suddenly gun fire comes through the windows. Marshall covers Mary from the falling glass. Stan finds that they trapped.

Abigail goes up to Marshall and asks if he is alright. He says that his instincts kicked in. Abigail says that he covered Mary and he says that she is his partner and pregnant. She tells that she understands. Meanwhile, Brandi is getting her hair messed with by Jinx and Dora and she throws the bouquet down and steps on it. Mark comes in and tells that they have another one on stand by. Mark tells that they don’t have to worry about Mary because she wouldn’t miss the wedding. Back at the courtroom, they are trapped and try to get a plan ready. Mary sits down next to Ronnie and tells that it is his fault that they are there. Ronnie says that he is alone in this and says that he doesn’t deserve attachments. Mary tells that she isn’t listening. Stan says that Mary is to stay away from Ronnie so that she is protected. Brandi is in her wedding dress and Jinx says that it is perfect. Jinx says that Brandi came a long way from where she was.

The team goes down the stairs and Marshall and Mary take up the rear. Mary sees that one of the doors has tape on it and they follow it. They find that one of the court security officers are dead and his jacket is taken. One of the members of the gang are in among the Marshalls. Stan tells that two more Marshalls are coming and a court security officer with the number 18 tattooed on his arm says that he will take care of them. Mary moves around the building and three other members of the gang are rounding the corner of where Stan and the rest are. Marshall manages to take down the security guard and gets his gun. Marshall catches up with the rest and there is a gun fight. Just as Ronnie is about to get shot by the last member of the gang standing, Mary puts three bullets in him. Stan yells at Mary for firing her weapon. Mary tells Cistulli to take Ronnie anywhere and that she doesn’t want to see him again.

Marshall escorts Cistulli and asks if Ronnie is going to somewhere a lot nicer. Cistulli says that he is. Mary drives up to the venue where Brandi is having her wedding and Brandi is outside pacing. Mary asks what is wrong and Brandi says that she can’t do this because it is not her. Mary says that she is not going to be mad at her and allows her to take her car. Mary walks up the altar and Peter knows that something is wrong. After everyone leaves, Mary is sitting down with Marshall and Mary thanks him for covering her. He says that she is his partner and he has to protect her. Abigail comes up and Marshall gets up to go. Mary suddenly doubles over and asks for Marshall’s help. She is having labor contractions and she panics. Mark is there and she tells that she is not ready. The episode ends with everyone surrounding Mary.
