|
After a debate about the constitutional rights and smoking in the bar, Mac and Dennis decide that America is all about freedom and lift all rules from their bar, making it an environment where anything goes. Meanwhile, Charlie and Dee leave the bar and try their hand and street performing and attempt an anti-smoking demonstration. Back at the bar, all hell breaks loose, which causes Dennis and Mac realize that rules are there for a reason.
