Due to the gang's latest "business expenses," Paddy's is in dire need of money. Frank buys a billboard to advertise the bar, but Dee decides to create a viral video to post on YouTube for promotion. Charlie quickly joins her, leaving Frank and Mac to hold a contest for some hot models to feature on the billboard. Naturally, Dennis joins the competition to prove his worth.

Mac: Yeah, her eyes are so far apart. They're, like, on the sides of her head.

Dennis: That's ridiculous, Frank. You're, um ... ugly.

Dennis: Ugly.

Dennis: Yeah.
Frank: With that anteater nose, you're tellin' me I'm ugly?
Dennis: My nose was chiseled by the gods themselves, Frank. My body was sculpted to the proportions of Michelangelo's David. You, on the other hand, well ... you're a pit of despair. Frank, you disgust me. You disgust everyone. And you will never, ever be on that billboard.
| Charlie: What are you doing? You're flinching every time now!
Dee: Oh, I'm sorry! I—I can't concentrate when I'm about to get blasted in the face with a ball!
Charlie: I'll blast you all over if you flinch again!
| Mac: Attention, ladies! I'm gonna need all the A cups to please head for the back door.
| (Dee has on a black wig and over-sized teeth in her mouth)
Charlie: Dee, what is this getup? What are you doing now? What is that?
Dee: Oh, OK. (Asian accent) This is Taiwan Tammy. She own laundry and do, uh, dry clean and nails. Oh, thank you! (laughs)
Charlie: (smiling) Are you kidding me? That is extremely racist!
Dee: Isn't it awesome? I'm so excited about this one!

Rachelle: Sentences.
Mac: Yeah! I was gonna say sentences!
Rachelle: (laughs) I know.

Episode Title: America’s Next Top Paddy’s Billboard Model Contest
This is a reference to the show America's Next Top Model, a reality competition hosted by Tyra Banks. Models compete against each other in various photoshoot competitions until only one is left standing. Frank later used the word "fierce" to describe Rex posing as a jaguar, which is a word Tyra frequently uses on the show.
| Charlie: You ever see the little girl who's mashing the grapes and then slips and she's, like... (groans)
Charlie is referring to this hilarious YouTube video in which a TV reported participated in a grape stomping demonstration, tripped, and fell from the raised platform.
| Dee: OK, but don't come in too early 'cause I got some material I wanna do, and I don't want you to cut me off 'cause Saturday Night Live is gonna really—I think they're gonna really love—
Charlie: Do you really think that?
Saturday Night Live is a long-running sketch comedy show that probably would love Dee's various characters.
| Mac: Haven't you ever seen The Bachelor? Look, you get a whole bunch of them together, you make them compete over you, bing-bang-boom, soul mate!
The Bachelor is a reality show in which a group of females compete for the love of one male bachelor. Mac passing out the shamrocks at the end parodies the rose ceremony at the end of each Bachelor episode. The man gives a rose to the women he wants to keep for another round, and those without a rose are eliminated.

The YouTube account that Charlie set up for Dee's videos is a parody of the account lonelygirl15. The teenage girl created a series of videos about her life and gained a massive following. However, it was later revealed to be a hoax, and the teenage girl was actually a New Zealand actress.

Dennis first revealed that he had laser hair removal "down there" in the episode "Mac and Dennis: Manhunters."
