Then we go four months into the future, where Jesse is studying to be a nurse and gets a new job as a nurse's aide at a local college. New opening credits for the second season.
| The producers wanted a change for the second season, and Jesse now works as a nurse instead of at her father's bar. Jessie's father and brothers are also dropped from the series, and the three are never seen again on the series. Taking their places are Darryl Theirse and Kevin Rahm, who work with Jesse at her new job.
