A boat full pf Cambodian fishermen can't believe their eyes when they find a naked man floating along the Seattle coastline. Quickly they take the stranger on board and bring him to shore. The mysterious man is unharmed, but can't remember anything, not even his name, and seems to be colorblind. The police can't find his identity, his profile doesn't match anything in the database or Missing Persons reports.
