Julia Bradbury's Icelandic Walk follows Julia as she travels to Iceland to take part in the toughest walk of her life. She has to walk the 60 kilometres of Iceland's most famous hiking route that happens to end at the unpronounceable volcano that brought air traffic across Europe to a stop in 2010.

Julia and her guide Hanna have to face difficult mountain climbs, lava fields, freezing river crossings, clouds of dangerous sulphuric gas and ash deserts as they attempt to make it to the massive volcanic crater at the centre of the Eyjafjallojokull glacier.
