Recap

Orion and his New Genesis attack fleet fire on the retreating forces of Apokolips, lead by Steppenwolf. Steppenwolf realizes that they're doomed and signals his lord and master, Darkseid. Darkseid admits it was a calculated risk and tells Steppenwolf to take as many with him as he can. They lose contact and Orion calls to inform them that the invasion is over. He creates a Boom Tube and sends the wreckage of Darkseid's fleet directly atop the palace, bring down the statue of the planet's ruler. When the dust has settled, Darkseid pulls himself from the wreckage. Highfather contacts him to warn that if he breaks the treaty again, he'll be destroyed...

Episode Quotes
Orion: (to Darkseid) Your invasion force is shattered. It's over. Please accept this parting gift with Highfather's compliments. (teleports the ship wreckage directly onto Darkseid's palace)

Kalibak: Father! Father, did you see?!?
Darkseid: Be still, fool. I'm not blind.

Hawkgirl: What?
J'onn: I was just thinking. You, me, Wonder Woman, Superman. We are all of us orphans and exiles.
Hawkgirl: Maybe we should call ourselves the "Just Us League."

Superman: You don't know Darkseid like I do.
Batman: We know he used you, humiliated you, brainwashed you, wound you up like a tin soldier and turned you loose against Earth. Cry me a river.

Wonder Woman: Let me get this straight. Orion is Darkseid's own son?
Batman: New Genesis and Apokolips have been at war for centuries. Apparently Darkseid and Highfather exchanged sons as part of some kind of a peace treaty. (Wonder Woman stares) Sounds wacky to me, too.

(seeing the floating city of New Genesis)
Batman: I'm gonna need a longer grapple.

Darkseid: Idiot. You're wasting your time.
Superman: I suppose you have a better idea.
Darkseid: You should know by now, I always have a plan.

Wonder Woman: Hey, come back here!
Lightray: Only if you catch me!
Wonder Woman: He's worse than the Flash!

Darkseid: You imbeciles are letting Brainiac get away! What are you waiting for? Finish him!
Superman: Sure, but only because you asked so nicely.
