Lex Luthor: Good-- I mean, bad. Anyway, take care of those monks.
| Devil Ray: When Giganta gets out of prison, she ain’t gonna appreciate you hanging on to her boyfriend like that.
Tala: That’s her problem. Giganta is not nearly enough woman for Grodd.

Wonder Woman: A hidden city of super intelligent talking gorillas with technology far beyond anything humans have created.
Deadman: (pause) No, really...
Wonder Woman: You’re the ghost from the Himalayas having trouble believing this?
Deadman: Point!

| Deadman: (possessing Superman) Looks like a job for Superman!
| Deadman: (possessing Wonder Woman) You killed my teacher, my friends!
Devil Ray: You’ll have to be more specific, lady. I’ve killed a lot of people.

| Lex Luthor: (to Grodd) I wasn’t going to do this for another few weeks, but seriously, turning all of humanity into apes?! That was your masterplan? (shoots him)

| How could Grodd be shot at close range without even trying to attack Luthor. Grodd has mental powers, which means he would have at least seen it coming before Luthor even stood up, but not only did he seem surprised, but also didn't do anything while Luthor was pointing at him and monologuing.

Bruce Lee is considered to be the greatest martial arts film actor of the 20th century.

In his comic incarnations, Bizarro's logic followed a pattern of saying the opposite of what he meant, so when he said "friend,” he meant “enemy,” when he said “save,” he meant “kill.”

The Secret Society was the first group of Supervillains brought together by Gorilla Grodd with the sole purpose of bringing the Justice League down. Its member included Grodd, as the leader, Giganta, Sinestro, Parasite, The Shade, Killer Frost and Clayface.

| Batman vs. Guns
Batman’s repulse upon realizing he killed someone with a gun – even if unwillingly – refers back to his childhood trauma of having witnessed the murder of his parents. From that day one, he never used a single gun in his crime fighting. This incident will most likely have future repercussions.
