The Best Cartoon Ever Made about Super HeroesRating: 4 likes, 0 dislikes
Justice League Unlimited was about a group of super heroes called the Justice League that fought crime and kept the world safe. As they went on, one of their teammates betrayed them and left the team. After that incident, Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter, Green Lantern, and Flash decided to re create the Justice League bringing in hundreds of other members like Wildcat, Black Canary, and Zantanna.
The show itself is my favorite. I loved all of the continuity that the show had including the season long story arcs. My favorite season was season five because of the giant plot that the season had. While I enjoyed season four, three, two, and one I felt this one to be the best; it provided what I needed to enjoy the program.
My favorite episode of all time was "Epilogue" when the series became Justice League Unlimited. Before the show was revamped, my favorite episode was "A Better World parts one and two." I loved "A Better Wold" because the Justice Lords left many plots for the series to build up on. If it wasn't for this episode, the Cadmus Arc would never have happened. I liked "Epilogue" because I was a big fan of the Batman Beyond series and I loved how the crew managed to send the DCAU off.
The series is a wonderful program. If you ever read a comic book in your life or if you never did you'll enjoy the show. You don't have to watch the DCAU shows to get an idea of what is happening, though it helps. There are occasional throw away lines in the show and allusions to old episodes though I don't feel you need to know what is happening. As long as you know who Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman are you should be fine.
