1 :01x01 - Secret Origins (1)

Batman investigates a Wayne Tech Metropolis Sub-station and there he finds alien activity. Three fake technicians send a signal from Sub-station’s satellite dish. Batman tries to stop them, but he’s overwhelmed by their superior strength. Meanwhile, Superman undertakes a plan designed by Senator Carter to disarm the world. Batman pursues his investigations at an abandoned STAR laboratory, and at that same night, a fiery meteor-like object crashes in a nearby park. An alien tripod war-machine emerges from inside the meteor and begins destroying everything in its way. Batman and Superman try to fight this menace off, but the Man of Steel is assaulted with overwhelming telepathic images that hold him back. However, these strange images might be the key to the world’s salvation.

2 :01x02 - Secret Origins (2)

Batman, Superman and J’onn attempt to fight off the alien invaders, but they are outnumbered. J’onn telepathically summons Green Lantern, Hawkgirl and the Flash to aid them in this crisis. Diana, the Amazon Princess now donning an ensemble of magical artefacts, shows up in time to save Hawkgirl. Together, they manage to repel the alien fighter squadron. The heroes spit into teams to take on the alien invaders, who have unleashed several tentacled factories throughout the planet. However, things go awry when one on the heroes fall in battle.

3 :01x03 - Secret Origins (3)

Diana, J’onn, Green Lantern and the Flash plan to rescue Superman and Hawkgirl, who are imprisoned inside the alien factory. However, the plan goes wrong and the team is imprisoned as well. An impending doom seems inevitable as a huge spaceship transporting the controlling alien, the Imperium, approaches Earth. However, a surprising turn of events bodes for the heroes.

4 :01x04 - In Blackest Night (1)

On a distant planet, Ajuris, a court has called upon the Manhunters – a group of robotic warriors – to seek out and return with an accused criminal: John Stuart, a.k.a. Green Lantern. The League, soon sees (first hand) the power and wrath of these androids; in the heat of battle, Green Lantern suddenly appears. Without offering any explanation, he surrenders himself and his ring, and flies off with the hunters, all the while the rest of the onlooking League are beyond perplexed. With John offering no answers whatsoever, the League has no choice but to seek them for themselves.

5 :01x05 - In Blackest Night (2)

Still unconvinced of the prosecution’s accusations, Superman and J’onn decide to investigate the facts for themselves. In the meanwhile, the Flash attempts to delay the trial, and Hawkgirl tries to enlist John's fellow Green Lanterns’ help with very unconventional methods. Superman, J’onn, and Hawkgirl come to the conclusion that John has been framed, and this whole ordeal turns out to be a ploy to drive the Guardians of the Universe away from Oa for some obscure reason.

6 :01x06 - The Enemy Below (1)

The Justice League join forces with Aquaman after a nuclear submarine is attacked in the Atlantic, causing Aquaman to become indignant and maybe taken the law into his own hand's to protect the sea's his people live in.

The Justice League manages to get incriminating evidence against Lex Luthor, and send him to prison. However, upon being diagnosed with a terminal illness, Luthor recruits the Ultra-Humanite to get away from prison and get back at Superman, whom he blames for his infirmity. He then bands together a group of super-criminals – comprising of Cheetah, Copperhead, Solomon Grundy, The Shade, and Star Sapphire – thus forming the Injustice Gang. They attack on the League, and despite being forced to flee, they manage to hurt one Leaguer. Later on, a new villain steps in volunteering his services, and with his help, the Gang capture one hero.

19 :01x19 - Injustice For All (2)

With Batman captured and secured, the Injustice Gang tries to find a way to break in the League’s Watchtower. He tries to play the villains one against each other, thus buying him and the League some time. Luthor sends off Star Sapphire, the Shade, and Grundy to conceal a bomb inside the Watchtower. In the meanwhile, Luthor’s disease is progressing quickly, so he enlists Ultra-Humanite’s help to find a way to ease his pain.

A vengeful Cadmus employee unleashes Doomsday to get revenge on Amanda Waller, only to have his plan go awry. When Doomsday then goes after Superman in the middle of a crisis, Cadmus launches a nuclear missile to eliminate all of their problems. Meanwhile, Luthor announces his Presidential campaign, and both Waller and Batman worry what may happen if the League becomes too powerful.

Captain Marvel is brought into the League. However, when Superman believes Luthor planted a bomb under his new city, Captain Marvel begins to question his one-time hero.

After responding to a distress call, Shayera leads a group of Justice League members including Vigilante and Vixen into a trap planted by the Thanagarians who thinks she is responsible for their genocide.

74 :04x09 - Question Authority

Captain Atom is forced to fight his one-time comrade after he is recommissioned. Meanwhile, the Question discovers the secret about the Justice Lords which may alter the foundation of the Justice League forever.

75 :04x10 - Flashpoint

After Superman defeats Captain Atom, Superman decides to declare war on Cadmus. Meanwhile Lex Luthor hacks the League's main computer using the main weapons on Cadmus headquarters.

76 :04x11 - Panic in the Sky

While the founding members are imprisoned by the United States government, Supergirl leads the remaining heroes in fighting off a massive attack staged by Cadmus and which includes Galatea; Supergirl's perfect clone, and dozens of cloned Ultimen. Batman convinces Amanda Waller that Lex Luthor has used her to advance his own agenda, and Waller calls off the attack - but Galatea isn't listening...

77 :04x12 - Divided We Fall

The Flash proves his worth after the rest of the League falls to the hands of Brainiac, who has now fused with Lex Luthor and has decide to take over the Earth. But in defeating Brainiac, the Flash calls on every iota of speed he can. As their battle concludes, the Flash discovers the Speed Force, and fades from view. Can the League save him, or will he join the Speed Force, granting Luthor a partial victory?

78 :04x13 - Epilogue

Taking place many years after Batman Beyond, Terry discovers that he is actually Bruce Wayne's biological son. He confronts Bruce about this, but Bruce explains that he never met Terry's mother until he was nearly eight. So Terry goes to see Amanda Waller, and by way of explanation, she describes a battle between the Justice League and a new Royal Flush Gang.

After being incarcerated for nearly destroying the world and the Justice League under Brainiac's control, Lex escapes and is contacted by an unusual ally who makes him a proposal he can't refuse. Meanwhile, the Justice League set up their new Watchtowers on Earth while searching for the escaped villain.

Shayera agrees to meet with Carter Hall, an archaeologist, who believes he's also Thanagarian and married to Shayera in a past life. Meanwhile, Batman begins to suspect Carter is not what he appears to be.

During a museum event held in Flash's honor, a gang or The Flash's past rogue gallery pays him a visit; including Mirror Master, The Trickster, Captain Cold and Captain Boomerang. With the help of Orion and Batman they must stop them at all cost.

86 :05x06 - Dead Reckoning

The spirit of a circus acrobat arises from the dead, seeking help from Superman, Wonder Woman and Batman to retrieve a stolen soul of a temple of mystic monks.

87 :05x07 - Patriot Act

An out-of-control soldier by the name of General Eiling seeks to prove that the world needs protection from superpowers. Enhancing himself with an experimental World War II formula, he heads for Metropolis, Green Arrow leads a seven non-powered Justice League group which includes Shining Knight and Crimson Avenger, in a battle they hope to win.

A mystical accident transfers both Lex into The Flash's body and The Flash into Lex's body... Now it's up to The Flash (Lex) to convince the league that he is who he says he is...

Due to financial difficulties, Roulette turns to Luthor for support, who inadvertently comes up with the idea of organizing an all female fights tournament made up of... Leaguers.

After Supergirl is kidnapped and taken to the 31st century, she meets the new Legion of Super Heroes and is told that after she helps them, she is destined never to return from her final mission.

Shadow Thief and Hawkman return as Carter Hall tries to further explain his and Shayara's love so long ago.

Lex Luthor confronts the returning Gorilla Grood as his attempts to restore Brainiac nears completion, the effort paves the way however for the return of one of the darkest opposing forces in the League's history.
