Justified follows Marshal Raylan Givens, a modern day 19th century-style lawman, who is enforcing his brand of justice in a way that puts a target on his back with criminals and places him at odds with his bosses in the Marshal service. Resulting in a reassignment to the U.S. District covering the town that he grew up in.

I don't know who on here keeps giving this show low ratings, but you're obviously lacking either sense or good taste. This is a d*mn fine show. Strong cast, better than normal story lines for what is basically a cop show, and I LOVE it. I strongly suggest it, and I'm thrilled that it's been picked up for a second season. Read more

4x13: Ghosts recap: The episode begins with Art and Raylan discussing how Drew has been sent to the safe house and Ellen May has been put in a motel till they figure out what to do with her. Now that everything has been taken care of Art tells Raylan he can consider himself suspended and Rylan seems happy with the decision. Boyd, Jimmy and Ava pack a stack of ropes and other paraphernalia, so they can climb down the mine shaft and recover Delroy’s body, which they had dumped there. When they arrive at the mine shaft, they see that the state troopers have already beaten them to it and recovered the body. They quietly drive away seeing no other option... read more.

4x12: Peace of Mind recap: The episode begins with Winona giving Raylan the news over the phone that they are having a girl. He enters his office to a loud applause for his recent exploits. Art arrives at his table and hands Raylan his suspension for his past misdeeds. Art informs Raylan that Drew is being transferred to a high security prison. Raylan and Art decide to have a chat with him before he is taken away. Drew tells them he won’t talk until Ellen May has been rescued. Limehouse arrives for a chat with Ellen May, who he is holding captive. 4x11: Decoy recap: The episode begins and Boyd is confronted at the bar by an angry Nick Augustine. Nick’s men beat up Boyd, but he manages to convince Nick that he can find Raylan before he has a chance to get Drew Thompson out of town. His plan is to cut Raylan off at the pass. Colt and Augustine’s shooter, Mort, are given this job. Raylan is with Drew and the marshals at Arlo’s old house, where they learn they’ve got 45 minutes before a helicopter can reach them from Lexington for an airlift. 4x10: Get Drew recap: The episode begins with Boyd being detained in Shelby’s house by the Marshals. Boyd tells Raylan that he should have been an outlaw, like his father and him. He could have shot anyone at will, and made money off it. Apparently, Boyd still doesn’t know about Arlo’s death and Raylan tells him nothing. At the sheriff’s office, Shelby is packing up his stuff to leave. He hands Ellen May some money and asks her to start a new life someplace else. She isn’t very happy about this idea, but Shelby is insistent that she do as he says. While he is driving away, Shelby begins to miss Ellen May, so he turns his car around. 4x9: The Hatchet Tour recap: The episode begins at the drug dealer’s apartment with Tim’s friend Mark’s body being collected by the cops. Tim, who is at the apartment, is asked by the cops who is investigating the case and if he has any idea who did this, but he says that he presently doesn’t. Raylan is outside the prison waiting to meet Hunter Mosley, the man who killed his father.
