I know that Miss Jean has a terribly big heart, but she sure was mean to a lot of people. My supervisor at DISH used to own a restaurant and he always says that no matter what business you’re in listening to your customers is you’re most important job. So with her attitude it is no wonder why business was on the decline. Either way I am very please that she decided to eat the humble pie Ramsay served and I am even happier that my Prime Time Anytime feature introduced me to the series. Since my DISH Hopper has been auto-recording the big 4 networks during prime time, I have been watching shows that I never would have seen with me busy schedule and Kitchen Nightmares is my absolute favorite!
