	Kyle, played by Matt Dallas Kyle is the main character and basis of Kyle XY. In the episode Pilot, Kyle was taken in by the Trager family. He learns how to do everyday things like eat/drink, speak, and even some of the "powers" he has.


	Josh Trager, played by Jean-Luc Bilodeau Josh Trager is the son of Nicole and Stephen Trager. He is the brother of Kyle and Lori. Josh met Andy Jensen, a girl about his age, who tells him that she has cancer the same exact time he tells her that he likes her.


	Declan McDonough, played by Chris Olivero Declan McDonough is the ex-boyfriend of Lori Trager and best friend of Kyle. Kyle confides most of his secrets with Declan.


	Jessi Hollander [Season 2], played by Jaimie Alexander Jessi XX is a girl manufactured by the same company that created Kyle. She was dating Declan but then after the Madacorp people changed her attitude, she starts to crush on Kyle.
