He doesn't know to go looking for that bit of Info yet . . . just like all the other countless facts about Zzyzx that he has. Anything he's discovered so far is based on other information he already knows about and/or triggers that unlocked what he doesn't realize.
At least that's how I understood it. To me it definitely explains how he drew the logo subconsiously in his drawings in Season I (not to mention the gibberish he said while being hypnotized) . . . . |
