Corey contemplates getting a vasectomy, but it's a tougher decision then he thought it would be. Kat surprises Pixie by getting a portrait tattoo of her to show her how much she loves her. In the shop, Hannah tattoos a fighting fish on Raye.

7 :01x07 - Pixie's Surgery

Pixie becomes ill and can't afford the surgery she needs, so Kat and the team pull together to help her; Corey uses occult art in a tattoo portrait for a friend.

Kat invites her father to visit the shop, but things get chaotic and client Frank Iero of the band My Chemical Romance looks for ways to pass the time.

A single Kim decides to take a gamble on love at Drag Queen Bingo; Chris combines his two passions in life in a rockabilly style pin-up.

Orbie requests a tattoo of his father, Roy Orbison, from Kat as their relationship intensifies. Pixie and Kim try a night of speed dating as a means of ending a dateless stretch in their lives, but receive bad results.
