After seeing yesterdays episode it was pretty clear Brain ac isn't telling Superman the whole truth.He seems to know way more about Superman than anyone else such as his weakness to kryptonite.I hope they play on more of this story line.

Well certainly Brainy knows a lot about Clark. Keep in mind that Brainy is a 12 level intellect, and also that Superman is a legend in the Legion's time. There is an entire museum devoted to Superman. Perhaps Brainy acted as a researcher for the museum, given that his ancestor, the original Brainiac, has fought against Superman on numerous occasions.
