Fred Puterbaugh returns to the Montecito to try and win Nessa as he has now made his fortune into $16 million. The hotel has just opened a topless pool and when Danny goes to move a ficus tree to block the view from a hotel room he finds pottery and they learn that the archeologist they got to examine the tiles is a fraud.
