Fred Puterbaugh returns to the Montecito with his girlfriend Ashanti; the reason he has returned again is to thank Ed and Danny for saving his life by buying them a present and then he tells Ed that he is going to buy the Montecito. Sam deals with an unhappy whale who thinks his wife was charged too much in the spa. Ed tries to be patient with Arnold, an annoying pest who gets caught handing out flyers in the casino, among other irritating behavior.

In the scene where Fred is playing blackjack and then gives away all of his chips, the close-up of the table is a mirror image as clearly evidenced by the writing on the table and the fact that the index pips on the cards are on the left as opposed to the right where they belong.
 
In the scene where Fred and Delinda are hugging, the level of Fred's drink in the glass fluctuates despite the fact he's not consumed any of it.
