A.D.A. Tracey Kibre, played by Bebe Neuwirth
A.D.A. Tracey Kibre brings a different approach to Law & Order: Trial by Jury. Compared to the other A.D.A.s that have come and gone in the Law & Order, Kibre sees the law in black and white. She is a strict prosecutor with very little compassion to the suspects. Kibre helped on a case with the 27th Precinct and the Special Victims Unit in crossovers with Law & Order and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. |

A.D.A. Kelly Gaffney, played by Amy Carlson
A.D.A. Kelly Gaffney is vital in helping A.D.A. Kibre in the investigation of the suspects and crime scene to help Kibre win her trials. Gaffney also feels more sympathy than Kibre and when the verdict doesn't come in their favor, feels they need to appeal or do something to help the grieving families. |

D.A. Investigator Hector Salazar, played by Kirk Acevedo
Hector Salazar was originally a detective with the NYPD until he was shot in the line of duty. After recovery he was not offered his old job back, but accepted a job as a D.A. Investigator with the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. He works with Lennie Briscoe up until his death, and then works with Detective Chris Ravell who comes to help with the D.A.'s Office. |

D.A. Arthur Branch, played by Fred Dalton Thompson
D.A. Arthur Branch works closely with A.D.A. Tracey Kibre and A.D.A. Kelly Gaffney in their cases against criminals. Fred Dalton Thompson is the first actor to portray the same character on two shows at the same time with this show and the flagship Law & Order. |

D.A. Investigator Lennie Briscoe [Episodes 1-2], played by Jerry Orbach
D.A. Investigator Briscoe comes to the D.A.'s Office after leaving the 27th Precinct after working there for over ten years. For the first two episodes of the show, Briscoe works along with D.A. Investigator Salazar to help A.D.A. Kibre and A.D.A. Gaffney with their cases. We later learn that Briscoe has passed away. He is replaced by Detective Chris Ravell. |
