Two people killed by a drunk driver have detectives puzzled. Teh female victim, beaten and raped before the accident, was found in the driver's seat although her injuries suggest she wasn't driving. Clues lead straight to a city councilman's office and it takes the entire DAs office to make a case. Regina Taylor (The Education of Max Bickford) guest stars.
