A lawyer is found dead and the prime suspect has a solid alibi. Only after detectives link the victim to a fraudulent savings-and-loan king do they stumble upon a bankruptcy double-cross. McCoy reexamines the victim's files and uncovers a coverup within the victim's own law firm. Michael Zaslow (One Life to Live) and Edie Falco (The Sopranos) guest star.
