When the defense attorney of a recently acquitted cop killer is gunned down outside a Manhattan restaurant, Detectives Briscoe and Green set their sights on their fellow officers for a possible suspect -- only to discover the murder might be the work of a white supremacist. Executive A.D.A. Jack McCoy must argue against an unlikely adversary who is his longtime friend and colleague of the slain attorney.
