Recap

A man named Patrick goes to the apartment of his girlfriend, Larissa, after she never showed up at work, and she is not answering her cell phone or the door. He finds her in the apartment after breaking when he realizes something suspicious is going on. She is not alone; there is a strange obese man wearing little more than a mask. He does not try to hide the fact that he is a rapist, but a struggle ensues between the two, and Patrick is injured significantly. Larissa has several small nicks which are determined to be from a razor of some kind. She had been shaved from the neck down, presumably to preserve the appearance of an innocent small girl...
