Recap

The scene opens with Sidney, Joan and Emmy watching basketball. Sidney is the most enthused, and gets animated when his side is losing. Emmy wants to leave, but her dad pulls her right back into it. He bets his side will make a comeback on the scoreboard. Before long, the doorbell rings, and Joan gets it thinking they have the delivery man bringing the food. However, it is a man in a ski mask and a gun, who shoots at her. When SVU arrives, Joan lies dead at the doorway with a bullet in her head. Inside is Sidney with a bullet in his head. Emmy is being rushed to the emergency care after she has taken a shot in the head. ..
