Episode Summary

Benson's testimony is needed as ADA Novak tries to convict a brutal rapist. The trouble is that Benson, who's still in Oregon posing undercover as ecoterrorist Persephone James, has her own legal woes to deal with after a cocky deputy assaults her and she's questioned by a sheriff about a pharmaceutical employee's murder.
