As a lot of people obviously saw is that it doesn't stick to every details of the book. But wtf? if it did it would be so much boring, we would know exacly how everything ends ...
For me the most important thing is that they VERY WELL transcribed Richard and Kahlan from the book to the tv. When i watch the show i really see Richard and Kahlan (and Zedd), not just copies. Even if the plot isn't the same, the big lines are, but most importantly we have Richard, Kahlan and Zedd, which is the most important. While i was reading the books i was telling my self: even if the stories were shit, the caracters are so awsome that i would still love the books, well now it's the same for the show.
If your not a fan and book to tv movies/shows, you'll still be able to really enjoy the show if you're looking for Richard/Kahlan and Zedd. (if your looking for the exact book to tv transcription you'll be disapointed LIKE EVERY Book to tv (or movie) transcriptions !!)
