Recap

The owner of McRory's, John McRory, has died and everyone has gathered there for a wake. In the back, Cabella, McCann, and Donnelly are playing poker. When John's daughter Cora comes in with beers, they offer their condolences. As she leaves, Doyle and two thugs, Liam and his brother, intercept her. Doyle explains that he's a loan shark and John borrowed money. By the time he died, John owed a total of $15,000. Doyle shows Cora her father's marker and insists that she either pay him the $15,000, or he'll take the bar. When she tries to slap him, Liam and his brother grab her, and Doyle tells her that she has two hours to come up with the $15,000...

Episode Quotes
Parker: What kind of crook was your dad?
Alec: Parker, you just...
Nate: He ran numbers.
Eliot: Let me get this straight--so you stop stealing, you stop drinking, and you moved upstairs from a thief bar?
Parker: He did. I--I get that. You don't get that? Why does nobody else get that?

Eliot: Ooh. Redheads burn the hottest, don't they?
Nate: Easy. She's like my niece.
Eliot: She's not like your daughter, though.
Nate: Yeah, no, like my niece. So I don't want you to like my niece. 'Cause she's like my niece.
Eliot: I don't like your niece.

Tara Cole: What's the game?
Nate: Twenty Questions.
Tara Cole: I'll do it in ten.

Tara Cole: What are we supposed to do, steal the wake?
Nate: Whoa, have some respect--borrow the wake, to save the bar.

Eliot: Just use your little slimmer thing, man, and gank the ATMs.
Alec: It's called a skimmer. But thank you for trying. And no, I don't have that thing now. Look, we're the good guys now. I haven't used that thing in months.
Parker: Months?
Alec: Yeah.
Eliot: We've been the good guys longer than that.
Alec: Well, we had a break.

Eliot: Let me ask you one more question--would you even consider trying this if you were sober?
Nate: Uh... I'd consider it.
Eliot: Mm-hmm.

Alec: Hey, you know what? if you are a stay-at-home mom, you break out the wine and the Xanax, because we are having snow days here, people.

Nate: Is that my jacket?
Alec: You know what, man? You're lucky I'm not wearing your underwear. And the next time y'all call me, it better be for something easy, like faking a moon landing.

Tara Cole: You do realize this is insane.
Nate: Wow, you didn't say "impossible." You're--you're softening.
Tara Cole: She warned me you were a drunk.
Nate: Yeah, well, it's different than before. Before, I used to think I was okay when I was drunk.
Tara Cole: And now?
Nate: Now... I know I'm not okay.

Eliot: We're at the safe. Parker wants to take it out for dinner and drinks first.
Parker: This is a Glen-Reeder Prestige from the '20s. So many memories.
