Recap

The Leverage team, minus the imprisoned Nate, are infiltrating the courthouse to rescue Nate. Everything goes as planned… in Sophie's description of the plan to Nate as he talks to her in a Supermax prison, the Rockford Private Correctional Facility. At the apartment, Hardison, Parker, and Elliot watch on the security cameras, and insist that they're square and he should let them get him out of prison. Nate insists that he's going to serve his time and tells them not to break him out of the privately-owned prison. Sophie gives him a sausage with an earbud just in case. The team then cuts him off and Sophie leaves, saying she's using her real name now… and refuses to tell him what it is...

Episode Notes
Edwin Hodge (Billy) is the brother of series star Aldis Hodge.

The posters in the state election headquarters have the names of various production crew members on them. The poster of "Gary Camp" (one of the show's camera operators) actually has a photo of co-executive producer Mark Roskin on it.

Episode Quotes
Nate: Guys, no. I committed a crime, I got caught, and now I'm gonna serve my time.
Sophie: Nate, what kind of world would it be if everybody that committed a silly little crime went to prison, huh? Complete madness.

Parker: Why these people?
Eliot: Because, they're citizens. Because they're honest, middle-class citizens. These are the people who don't want to cause any trouble, they can't afford a lawyer, so some judge sends them away, well, yes sir. They were taught to trust the courts. They believe in the system.

Billy Epping: You stabbed me.
Nate: Come on, just a little. It's fine.

Nate: I hope Sophie has more luck with the warden.
Parker: Who's Sophie?
Alec: You remember, we're not supposed to use her real name with, uh...
Parker: Right. Nate hasn't earned it yet. Forgot. Sophie. So-phie. So-o-o-phie. Sophie. S-S-S-sophie. Sophie.

Nate: And if I fail?
The Italian: You come stay in my prison in Rome. Thick walls a thousand years old, and we still use chains for such a bad man.
Nate: What about my team?
The Italian: They lead dangerous lives. Thieves die all the time.
Nate: Now that you should not have said.
The Italian: I don't know, you seem highly motivated.
