But looking back on the video, they pick out a man that showed extreme anger while others showed embarrassment and disgust. Reynolds and Lightman are interviewing Ali and showing different pictures of people that could be part of the suicide bombings. He points out a man and says that they are smugglers of Muslim boys to give them a better life in America. Lightman enters the private room and tell that Ali is not the terrorist. The FBI agents all get a page. There was another suicide bombing. This time it is in a mall in Virginia.

Shi Khan is the bomber, the same one that Torres saw at the Mosque. Emily is frightened by what she is seeing and Lightman tells that she should not watch any more. Torres is beating herself up over the fact she did not see it coming and Lightman tells of someone who passed by him and killed people. You can’t win them all. Loker and Reynolds are at the mall and Reynolds is trying to understand why Shi Khan detonated 50 yards from the food court. Reynolds points out that there are no cameras where they are standing. But Loker sees a camera pointed at what used to be a mirror. Reynolds is impressed. Meanwhile, Lightman and Deputy Messler are trying to figure out the looks on the bombers faces to see if anything is different. But they can’t find any sign of disgust or hatred. Foster is in her office telling the other caller that she can’t do it right now and Lightman walks in and tells that Torres’s boyfriend Agent Duppree has not checked in yet. Lightman tells Foster not to tell Torres and that they need her focused.

Torres and Foster interview Shi’s family and tell them that Shi was a radical. But the family disagrees. The nephew is ashamed and a tweaked up Torres recognizes it. They go to the video again and see that the two boys were not suicide bombers, but innocent boys that had a bomb in their bags. Foster tells Torres that the boys were innocent and that she doesn’t have to beat herself up again. Lightman tells Foster not to tell Torres yet of the missing Agent Duppree. Watching the video again, Torres tells that she recognizes the look on the leader of the Mosque as he passes by. They visit him and he admits being angry with the FBI after they bugged the Mosque but he would never hurt anyone. In the hall, Lightman gets a call from Zoe and she tells that Dupree is alive but unconscious. He was in the elevator at the mall when the bomb went off. Torres rushes to see him and Foster comes and Torres recognizes that she knew that he was missing. Foster tells Torres that Lightman needed her focused. She storms out angry.

Foster is on the phone when Emily enters. She is scared about the bombings and Foster reassures her that things like this don’t happen every day. Meanwhile, Reynolds and Lightman take the tapes into Zoe and want to know what they need to do with the tapes. They give them to Loker and Foster to examine to see if they can find the one responsible. In the editing room, they find one voice that tells that people need to be punished. It is the voice of Omar Khan, Shi’s father. They interview him but they are not getting anywhere. Meanwhile, Reynolds recognizes the bombs were disguised as a collection can from the Mosque. Reynolds enters the Lightman group and places the can in front of Omar. He did not know about the bomb but he knows someone who did it. He tells Lightman that it was his nephew.

The bombs are saved from detonating and the Lightman Group go back to normal operation. Torres is with Agent Duppree and Lightman walks in. She tells that she can lie to Foster and Loker but not to her. As she walks away, Lightman asks if she is going to find a new job because he is not going to stop lying to her.
