The Lightman Group looks into a murder case in which a woman with a multiple personalities disorder is involved and the group must decide whether she is a witness or the killer. Meanwhile, the U.S. government hires The Lightman Group to interrogate a potential Supreme Court nominee.

Recap

Lie to Me is back for some more fun and the scene opens with cut scenes of a murder in room 202 and a man who is frantically cleaning up after his mess. They show the face of the killer but the mirror is cracked and the image is distorted. The camera then pans out and we see a girl looking in the mirror. She has just witnessed the murder through a type of vision. Meanwhile Dr. Lightman is at a book signing with his daughter. Deception expert, Dr. Lightman talks to the crowd and then starts to sign books. Trisha, the girl from the first scene tells Lightman that she saw a murder through a sort of physic vision. She is desperate for someone to believe her...
