Fraternity party is under go and a girl at the boy get a little busy in the hallway. Everyone is partying and the couple goes in a room where the boy shuts the door. After the party we find out that that man who went into the room is Kaye McNeil a famous football player. His roommate is complimenting him on having a cute girl in his room. A boy comes over and asks for his autograph and you can tell he is a nice man as he signs an autograph for the little boy. A woman walks up to him and informs him that her name is Det. Farrow and McNeil is under arrest for statutory rape.
At Lightman Group Foster, Dr.Lightman, and Eli are talking about the video that Eli has of Chimpanzee sex. Laughing about the fact that Eli has the tape, Zoe enters to talk with Lightman. She talks about how she has a case involving the football star and the girl claiming statutory rape, the same couple from the first scene. Her plan is to prove that McNeil really did think that the girl was of age before having sex with her to be able to reduce the charges so it doesn’t ruin his career.
Zoe and Lightman are waiting for McNeil to be brought to the room from jail and McNeil walks in with a punched up face. Zoe demands to be told what happened and it is the same old story of someone hearing that McNeil touched a child inappropriately and the jail system doesn’t protect them. Lightman needs to be alone with McNeil to be able to question him in private. He starts to question him and asks if he likes little girls. His father who is watching him through the glass is irate and barges in. Lightman assures that he is trying to see if he is telling the truth or not. The father calms down and McNeil tells that he thought she was in college but has heard that girls from High School crash the party too. Girls from the same school as Emily, Lightman’s daughter, goes to. The parents bail out McNeil and in the parking garage, Mr. Reed, the girl’s father, meets up with them but Lightman interrupts to what could have gone wrong for someone. Foster and Eli meet up with Jamie Callaway with a court order to research the compound and determine whether or not the followers are true followers or simply having Callaway frauding the IRS with the tax excemptions and other perks. Walking around the compound, Foster is interested that there are a lot of children. She asks how many children are Callaway’s and at the answer of twelve, she gets a little disgusted. Callaway exits and Foster sees a woman who is trying to get back in the house after they say something about abuse.
Back at home, Lightman is talking with Emily about the frat parties that go on and what is happening. Emily tells that she has never been to one but she spills that she has been to bars. College bars but still, Lightman presses further. Emily is blocking a drawer and Lightman is determined to get in it. He empties out the drawyer and finds two fake IDs and Birth control pills. Zoe walks in and Lightman says “I hope for your case these are just tick-tacs”. Emily is upset that Lightman read her and storms off. Zoe tells him not to be mad at her and informs him that she is not on the pill yet but it is good to have them for when she is ready to use the,.
Back at Lightman Group, McNeil and Lightman are going through pictures of woman. Working their way down to a 14 year old, McNeil said that he was not attracted to the 16, 15, or 14 year old girls. However, back in the other room, Lightman points out that he was not telling the truth on saying that the 14-16 year old girls were not attractive. Saying that why wouldn’t they be attractive? But admitted that he lied to McNeil and the girl was not 14 but she was 22. But he tells that he was telling the truth when he asked if he willingly had sex with an underage girl.
Back on the Compound of Jamie, Eli is video taping the sermon. After Foster is trying to read Jamie and tells that he is telling the truth and that he really feels that he is a prophet. However, the same woman that tried to rush her children in the house is Foster’s focus now. Meanwhile in the office, Mr. Reed’s lawyer informs that the charges are raised because of the fact that McNeil posted the video on YouTube and that the girl says that she told McNeil that she was 16 many times. However, Zoe is upset at the lawyer for stacking this on because she knows how his track record with black defendants and that she is half white and half black and how he turned his nose up at her in Law School. Looks like Zoe is taking it too personal.
In the interagation room, Lightman is going to town on McNiel for posting the YouTube video, but he didn’t even know about the video. He then yells that the girl told him that she was 16 but he denies it too. Torres calls him to the office. She points out that he is loosing control of his emotions to which Lightman replies “Maybe you need to remember whose name is on the door.” It looks like Lightman is taking it personal too.
Back on the compound, Foster and Eli are talking with the children of Jamie’s religious group and they find out that they can’t read and they do crafts all day for Jamie to sell. Foster doesn’t think this is healthy. But the woman from the previous time tells her that they raise their children the way they want. Foster is taking the case personal and Eli is trying to remain level headed and says that religious groups don’t bother him and that they are just there for the IRS issue. Zack meets with Foster and says that his mom doesn’t believe in it. He says that if she tries to leave, then Jamie will take her kids away from her. Meanwhile Torres and Lightman are at the Fraternaty party and they get the guy who posted the sex tape on YouTube. But, he claims to have found the camera. Lightman lets him go and Torress begins watching the tape but there is something wrong. Lightman insists to see it. We find Emily on a video with friends on the same camera of the sex tape.
At the house, Lightman questions Emily to why she was on a video on the same camera of a sex tape. She points out that the video was taken before the party and that the girls in the video are seniors and that she is one of the few girls they talk to. Foster is questioning the woman in the compound and she admits that Jamie will take her kids if she leaves. Eli tells that they have to report their findings of the IRS tax fraud, but Foster wants to get the children out of there. Lightman and Torres are walking and meet up with the two girls who are the seniors that like to take juniors to Fraternaty parties. They get the girls to confess that Susan Lee taped the sex act with McNeil because of a sex pact that she made with the two girls. Lightman tells the girls to stay away from his daughter.
Lightman goes to the Lee home and Mr. Lee starts complaining about his wife dying and the plant shutting down and now Lightman has the nerve to show up. But Lightman tells Susan that she needs to tell her dad the truth. Foster is back on the compound and speaks to the children and Katherine the mom. But Jamie is there. Lightman is meeting with Zoe, Susan, Mr. Lee and their lawyer and their lawyer says that he is dropping the charges to McNeil because of the new information. This is not good for Mr. Lee and he storms out. Lightman tells Mr. Lee not to do anything stupid but it is simple to read him that he is going to do something stupid.
At the compound, Foster tells Katherine and her kids that they can leave and that a Safe House van is there to take them away. As they are getting in the van Jamie tries to stop them but he is too late. The van takes off and he tells Foster that she has made a big mistake. The IRS inspector is not happy of their only suspect got away and that Foster helped. But she says that she doesn’t know where the van came from and Eli backs her up. The inspector tells that the group is going to have a close inspection on the firm. Eli tells that what Foster did was not right. Back in the office, Lightman is trying to read the reaction and Foster points out that his words, “the system has to pay” and she says that he is not going after McNeil but the Lawyer. But they are too late. The lawyer is shot by Mr. Lee and he is off to prison. Lightman shares a moment with Emily and he says that there are consequences for not making the right choices. They make up for their fight and there builds a little more trust in his daughter.
