Episode discussion for: 02x17 | Bullet Bump (Jul 26, 2010)

Little confused about the contract signing thing at the end.

iirc The Lightman Group needed money so RichLady provided the funds - as a loan, though maybe it was as an investment.

In this ep she mentioned having a controlling interest in the firm.

At the end she apparently was 'forced' to sign the firm back to Mr Roth.

So has she given up that money aka forgiven the loan,or did he repay the loan, or does she still need paying only she has now has no say in the actual running of the firm.

I'm all confused.

Have to agree it's a bit confusing. Guess I missed a detail somewhere that explains why she has to resign her part in the firm. Cal says it's because she lied to him, but that still doesn't make any sense why she has to go immediately. But, I guess it was just time for Clara to get out of the show again.
