Life: I Heart Mom

A man is found both beaten and shot dead inside a roofless house. Crews and Reese's investigation finds that the victim had been running a construction scam which left his clients both strapped for cash and without a roof. They meet up with an eccentric man who is known to be violent and a woman with a long police record while running interviews with duped victims. Meanwhile, Crews has a confrontation with Mickey Rayborn, which sheds light on a conspiracy against him.
