Sun Kwon, played by Yunjin Kim
Sun, who at first appeared to be a submissive wife, is actually a very strong and determined woman. Sun had suspicions about the things her husband had to do to please her father - that, and the lack of communication they shared, made their marriage a lonely one.
Sun was an art history major in college, but also has vast knowledge of plants and their healing properties. She has played "nurse" to Doctor Jack on occassion.
During season two, Sun discovers that she is expecting---a "miracle" considering the trouble she and Jin had had conceiving before the crash. |
