Paulo [episodes 48-61], played by Rodrigo Santoro
Paulo was on the island from the beginning despite what anyone else says. Not many people on the island knew who Paulo was and he often hung around Nikki. It turns out that Nikki and Paulo were jewel thieves. When the plane crashed, Paulo hid the jewels from Nikki because he figured that once she found them she would have no use for him anymore. Paulo died when Nikki released a Medusa Spider on him. The bite paralysed both Nikki and Paulo but they would have recovered in 6 hours. Both would still be alive if it were not for Hurley and Sawyer who unknowingly buried them alive. |
