DarkUFO (Spoiler source): Miles and Kate find a hidden hatch.

Kristin Dos Santos (E! Online correspondant), DarkUFO (Spoiler source): Six of these things are true - Juliet survives the bomb, Juliet does not survive the bomb, Kate and Sawyer flirt, Kate and Sawyer kiss, Juliet and Sawyer kiss, Jack and Sayid touch lips, and there is a sad Sawyer scene (Juliet dying).

DarkUFO (Spoiler source): In the alternate timeline, Charlie is the one
who asks "am I alive?" Boone and Locke have a discussion. Sawyer is back to being a con man. Arzt and Hurley discuss Mr. Cluck's. Jin has money issues. Christian's coffin never made it on the plane. Kate steals something from Jack. Jack and Locke discuss Locke's knives.

DarkUFO (Spoiler source): Much of the premiere takes place on flight 815. Desmond is onboard. The statue is "seen" from the plane. Jack meets Kate and saves Charlie. Kate beats up Edward Mars. Juliet dies after a final kiss. Jacob will appear to Hurley. Sawyer and Jack fight again.

Kristin Dos Santos (E! Online correspondant): We will see Desmond again very early in the season. He has a surprising scene with another character.

Kristin Dos Santos (E! Online correspondant): In the premiere, either Sayid "dies," or Sayid kills Jack. Note numerous earlier spoilers stating Sayid's wounds are healed at the Temple.

Kristin Dos Santos (E! Online correspondant): Shannon will be absent from the beginning of the season in the alternate timeline because of a significant change to Boone and Shannon's backstory. Sawyer will kiss someone in the first four hours of the season.

DarkUFO (Spoiler source): Sayid is kidnapped, healed, and tortured by the Others at the Temple. Jacob is involved. Richard smoothes things over between the two sides.

Ryan Ozawa (Hawaii resident, spoiler source): Flight 815 lands at LAX. Arzt asks Hurley if he's the guy from the Mr. Cluck's commercials. Jack gets angry because something happened to Christian's coffin. Boone and Locke have a conversation. Kate escapes from Edward Mars and carjacks a taxi which contains Claire. They drive to Hurley's former house, except now the couple who wanted to adopt Aaron live there. They refuse to adopt Aaron, and then Claire goes into labor.

DarkUFO (Spoiler source): Charlie was spotted at LAX along with

Cindy. Ian Somerhalder (Boone) is in Hawaii for the premiere.

DarkUFO (Spoiler source): Edward Mars was seen at LAX. Kate pushed past Neil "Frogurt" in a line.

Ryan Ozawa (Hawaii resident, spoiler source): Scenes were filmed at LAX involving Kate and Hurley. However, scenes involving the 1977 characters at the Swan site were also filmed. Arzt was spotted at LAX.

DarkUFO (Spoiler source): We will see inside flight 815 again in the premiere.

DarkUFO (Spoiler source): The continuation of the 2007 timeline from the season 5 finale was filmed. "Fake Locke" and Ben exited the statue. Fake Locke says to Richard "it's good to see you haven't changed" and then knees him in the gut after the Others raise their weapons. He then says "I'm very disappointed in all of you." Additionally, everyone looked up at the sky, as if something was occuring.

Ryan Ozawa (Hawaii resident, spoiler source): Locke, Ben, and Bram were filming near the four-toed statue where that timeline left off in season 5.

Ryan Ozawa (Hawaii resident, spoiler source): On the first day of filming, DHARMA vans were spotted.

DarkUFO (Spoiler source): Jeff, a public relations rep for a high-profile company who has to deliver bad news, is being cast.

Michael Ausiello (Entertainment Weekly columnist): Hiroyuki Shimosawa has been cast as a significant recurring character.

Michael Ausiello (Entertainment Weekly columnist): John Hawkes will play Lennon, a wily negotiator and translator for a major foreign corporation.

DarkUFO (Spoiler source): The space between "LA" and "X" is intentional and relevant to the title.
