Something Wicked This Fae Comes - Recap

The scene opens with Bo and Hale walking through a forest. They are hunting something that is a danger to other people. Kenzie comes up behind them and they say that they told her to wait in the car. Bo manages to take down the creature. However, she is scratched and is lightheaded. Kenzie tells Hale to get Dyson to come out of his funk and get back to work. Bo uses a person to get back her Chi and meanwhile, a man goes up to another man asking if he is circus folk. However, when he uncovers the tent, there is a creature that looks like a man. Later at the bar, Lauren looks at Trick and she tells that the healing process was good. Bo, Kenzie and Hale come in and tell that they got another creature and ask if that is the last one. He says that he hopes so. Bo asks if there is going to be anything bad coming from the Ash being on life support. He says that there could be. Lauren gets a call that says that there is a dead body. The cleaners cleaned it up, but they need to investigate. Bo and Kenzie lose out and have to go with Lauren.

Lauren, Kenzie and Bo go to the scene of the crime and Lauren says that there are bodily fluids mixed in with the blood and that she will have to run some more tests to find out exactly. Bo asks what kind of Fae feeds on skin and she tells that there are a lot of them. Bo sees that there are tire tracks and says that there are more then just one. Kenzie says that they need to talk to Trick and see if he knows any trackers since Dyson is still missing. Bo worries that he is not going to come back and Kenzie says that he is going to come and that she doesn’t have to worry about it. Meanwhile, Dyson is brought in by police officers to Hale. He is beaten up. Hale thanks the officers and closes the door. He asks where he was and decides against asking and tells that they have bigger problems. He says that the Ash is on life support and that everyone is going to want to try to gain power over them. He says that Buzz Porter is in charge and Dyson is not that pleased. Hale brings up Bo and tells that she was going to put an ABP on him. Dyson asks how she is and Hale says that she will feel better once she sees Dyson.

Meanwhile, the group of Carnies has the creature regurgitate the remains of the person he ate and he gives it to his helper that drags it away. Bo and Kenzie have a new tracker that tracks the remains of the dead body to the Carnies. They give the tracker pharmaceutical grade allergy medicine as payment. They go up to the Carnies where the leader introduces himself as Zael. She tells that she brings greetings from the Ash and he tells that one of his “less civilized” members slipped out and apologizes. She walks away and tells Kenzie that they are outnumbered and have to report it to Trick first. Bo sees a little girl who disappears. Later, Buzz is at the bar and Trick asks what he is doing. Buzz tells that he is doing the politician thing. Trick reminds him that he is there to tell the citizens that the Ash will recover soon. Bo comes up and Trick gets word that Dyson is home. Meanwhile, Dyson is remembering what the Cron took from him. Bo goes to Dyson’s and hugs him and then punches him. She asks why he didn’t call her. He says that he was dealing with personal stuff and ignores the confrontation. Later, they go to the bar and talk more about the Carnies. Bo tells that she can take Dyson there, but he says that he has to go with Hale. Trick tells that she has to give him time and says that he can use some help too.

Dyson and Hale get to the camp and realize that they are gone and salted their path. However, Dyson smells something. They go over to the fire and find human skin. They take it to Lauren and she confirms that it is and that it has a tattoo on the inside of the skin. It is a map of sorts. Dyson calls Trick and tells him about the progress and Trick says that he liberated some of the Ash’s rare books. Kenzie tells Bo that she misses when it was only Bo’s mother that was the problem. They talk about how Dyson is being a jerk and she tells that she has to prepare herself for bad news from him. Trick goes down to his office to find one of the men from the Carnies group. He is eating the books and runs after Trick. Bo comes up and punches him and goes to reach for him, but he turns into rats. Bo grabs one and asks what is going on. Trick identifies it as a descendant of Tessa, a Japanese Fae and Shaman. The way they absorb knowledge is by eating it. The Carnies are the “Sluagh”, a cursed group from upsetting both Light and Dark Fae.

Later, Lauren comes over to Bo’s and she gives Lauren some food to eat. She tells that she should eat and tells Marvin Ardell is the victim who had the map tattoo on his arm. There are two more people who are linked to Marvin. Kenzie comes in to find Trick taking tweezers to the rat and Kenzie says that she is going to call PETA. Trick tells that he is only going to use tweezers. He takes out a scroll. Kenzie comes up to Bo and says that the “Slaugh” are after the Sword of Agros. Bo tells that she knows where to find it. Dyson calls and says that they found another body with something ripped out of him. They realize when they get there, that the “Sluagh” have the Sword of Agros and that they are headed for to do something greater. They go to Trick and he says that the sword is to destroy the Heart Stone, the piece that ties the Ash to the land. In a ceremony, Zael will be able to get the land and take it from the Light Faye. That means that the Dark Faye will be able to walk on their land. Trick tells that he has to talk to Buzz about the location of the Heart Stone. Bo asks if Dyson wants to get some air and he says that he is fine. Kenzie asks if it is that time of the “wolf” month. Dyson tells Hale that his love for Bo was taken. Hale tells that it is not a surety that the curse worked and that he needs to try it out. Buzz goes up with Trick and he tells that he will draw him a map to the Heart Stone.

Bo tells Dyson is going to come with him no matter what. They get to the location that Buzz gave them and they are almost killed by a trap. Bo realizes that they were set up. Trick pushes Buzz down and tells that they know about his Treason. Buzz tells that they offered him more then he could get with the Light Fae. He says that it is too late. Meanwhile, Zael cuts the Heart Stone and a woman appears. Bo asks Buzz what Tesso was looking for. He says that he was looking for an incantation to allow for Zael to consummate the bond. Trick says that they are going to need humans gathered in one place. Kenzie gets excited that they are looking for a rave tonight. Later that night, Kenzie, Hale, Dyson and Bo go to the rave and Bo gets distracted with the sex that is all around her. Bo sees the little girl again. Dyson comes up to Bo and kisses her. He says good luck to her and she walks off to another room where Zael is there about to consummate with the woman. She stops the turning table. At the same moment, Dyson snaps Tesso’s neck. The connection is broken and Bo tells that it is over. Zael tells that she is just like them and says that they have been wondering for centuries and are outcasts. She tells that this is her home and sucks his Chi out of him.

Later, Trick and Dyson toast to the end of the “Sluagh” and says that he thought that the “Sluagh” were his punishment from using his blood. Dyson says that this time it is probably going to be different. Dyson goes out to the bar to find Bo there. She asks what has been his problem. He comes clean and tells that the Crone took his love for her away from him. The kiss tonight proved that they don’t have an attraction with one another anymore. Dyson walks away, leaving Bo horrified. The little girl comes up to Bo and tells that she is there to warn Bo. She tells that there is impending disaster and plague. This time there is something old that has been awoken and it is headed strait for Bo. The episode ends.
