MacGyverisms:
* Magnesium filed off a bicycle, combined with iron rust, tamped down tight and compressed into a pipe, with an emergency flare for ignition. All to make a thermite lance.
* A "lateral cranial impact enhancer": a spare part used a a club
* Explosive out of ether from starter fluid, fertilizer, and cotton wadding, wrapped in a newspaper
* Opening a locked freezer door by putting cardboard inside the lock, then using the ceiling light to melt ice and a metal support to channel the water into the cardboard where it refreezes and expands, breaking the lock
* Olive oil to delay the detonation of a homemade explosive by fire, attached to a RC airplane
* A rifle to parry a knife attack
