1 :01x01 - Pilot

Emily Kmetko's arrival at Rocky Mountain Gymnastics ("The Rock" for short) has all three of the gym's big guns (Lauren, Kaylie and Payson) nervous. But one girl especially has it out for the newcomer, Lauren, who is determined that Emily will not be taking her spot. Pulling out all the stops at the Invitational meet that features all of the gym's top talent.

2 :01x02 - Where's Marty

The exit of Coach Marty and one of "The Rock's" top guns, Lauren, causes chaos at the gym. Prompting Payson, Kaylie and Emily (with Becca in tow) to head for Denver with a plan to confront them about their defection. All of this happens at the same the Cruz's (Ronnie and Alex) invite everyone to the mansion for a meeting.

Meanwhile, Lauren is less than pleased at the cool greeting she receives at the new gym. And shocked by the discovery that she makes concerning her father and his 'Personal Assistant', Summer.

3 :01x03 - Blowing Off Steam

Tensions are still high at The Rock as the girls continue on without direction and with the surprise return of Lauren, Steve and a possible new heavyweight coach. Before the new coach's strict workout regimen takes effect, Emily, Payson and Kaylie decide to hit up a high school party to blow off some steam. Once at the party, Emily has an uncomfortable run-in with Razor, Kaylie has a fight with Carter after he realizes she lied to him, and Payson can't believe she's wasting her time at such a trivial event. Bringing more stress than fun to their lives, it's not exactly how the girls envisioned their evening.

Meanwhile, Lauren's birthday takes a wrong turn when Summer shows up at her birthday dinner.

4 :01x04 - Sunday, Bloody Sasha, Sunday

On their only day off, the girls are ordered back into the gym only to be called out by their new coach, Sasha, for going to the keg party the night before. Caught red-handed, Payson, Kaylie, Emily and Lauren are subjected to a day-long callisthenic boot camp to show what happens when they try to be just “ordinary.” In between all of the push-ups, pull-ups and rope climbs, the girls find themselves at each other’s throat. Payson blames the girls for getting her into this mess; Emily needs to get to her job, but is stuck with girls who don’t even like her; a very hung-over Kaylie is distraught that she hasn’t heard back from Carter after their fight; and Lauren is agonizing over her one-night stand. In the end, can the girls finally pull it together to make it through the day and to Nationals, or will all of their hard work be for nothing?

5 :01x05 - Like Mother, Like Daughter, Like Supermodel

With a lack of funds facing The Rock team for Nationals, Kim and the other mothers decide to host a mother-daughter fashion show. But what starts as a fun idea ends up causing trouble for everyone. Ronnie is so busy with the details that Kaylie feels ignored, especially at a time when she could really use her mother’s advice about love and sex. With her mother out of the country, Lauren is paired up with Summer, much to her chagrin, but tries to use this opportunity to catch Carter’s eye. Furious at Chloe for spilling secrets to Damon, Emily is mortified for her “out there” mother to even be at the gym, let alone to walk a runway with her, while Payson, not wanting to waste time with “girlie things,” tips off Kim that maybe she hasn’t been a great role model in the feminine world. Will all the mother-daughter teams get it together in order to raise the money, or will the whole show become a nightmare that puts everyone at each other’s throats?

Meanwhile, after spotting her with Carter, Summer gets the feeling that Lauren is over her head in the boy department and tries to help by opening up.

6 :01x06 - Between a Rock and a Hard Place

Taking a gamble that the girls are ready and can use the motivation for Nationals, Sasha invites Marty and the Denver team to The Rock for an invitational meet. Payson is determined to show that she is the best, but when an old injury flares up, it might have devastating results. Emily is also resolved to show what she can do, but Sasha has other, less advanced plans for her. But with reigning Nationals champion Kelly Parker (guest star Nicole Anderson, “JONAS”) in tow, are the girls really ready for the Denver gym and this challenge?

Meanwhile, Carter has to rethink his relationship with Kaylie when Sasha and Lauren give him an ultimatum.

7 :01x07 - Run, Emily, Run

Sasha's refusal to welcome Emily back to the Rock has her at a loss as to what to do other than to keep training. Fortunately, her Pizza Shack co-worker, Damon, has an idea on how she can do just that...at the Rock.

Meanwhile, Payson's Dad, Mark, reveals he lost his job and the family now has some hard decisions to make. And Lauren's obsession with Carter reaches new levels.

8 :01x08 - All's Fair in Love, War and Gymnastics

The send off party at the Cruz family mansion explodes into chaos when a shocking secret is revealed and leads to a physical confrontation between two people on opposite ends of the secret. Also, Chloe's money troubles continue and even though she tries to hide it from her daughter it's no use as Emily soon uncovers her mom's not to little secret.

Meanwhile, Payson again experiences back trouble which threatens to derail her dreams of a National Championship. Enter her new friend, Nick, who offers a simple solution that forces Payson to lie to her mother to cover it up.

9 :01x09 - Where's Kaylie

Kaylie's desperation to see Carter leads Ronnie to set-up a meeting between the love-struck pair. A meeting that ends horribly when Carter reveals a painful secret. Though that is not the only painful secret that slips out. Kaylie, Ronnie, Summer and Lauren all drop bombs themselves.

Meanwhile, Emily's homefront drama flares again when she realizes that Chloe has once again struck up an affair with her on-again, off-again boyfriend, Joe. But this time, Chloe makes a painful decision to put Emily and Brian first.

10 :01x10 - All That Glitters

The National Championships in Boston, unquestionably the biggest event of the year, are filled with twists and turns, shocking appearances and heart breaking loses. A night so filled with drama that none of the participants will ever forget it. From Emily's questioning of herself as to whether she belongs on the big stage to the very different journey's of teammates, Kaylie and Payson.

11 :01x11 - The Eleventh Hour

Payson (still slowly recovering) tries to deal with the fact that her career may be over. Though her family is much more worried about her NOT showing emotion than her getting better physically. Meanwhile, Kaylie struggles to stay focused in the face of the on-going challenge of being the new United States National Champion.

12 :01x12 - Follow The Leader

The surprising announcement of the new national team coach has the girls of 'The Rock' in battle mode to replace him with theirt coach of choice. Also, Sasha attempts to find a place for Paysopn at The Rock.

13 :01x13 - California Girls

Kaylie and Nicky pose for a spread in the Seventeen magazine. They're billed as the golden couple, but there's definitely tension on set.

14 :01x14 - Are We Having Fun Yet?

Payson's high school debut draws some unwanted attention when she inadvertently shows up the school's queen bee and must then pay the price. Though she is safed at the last minute by a new male friend. Meanwhile, the annual Rock Open House has Sasha taking advice from Kim and making the event fun for the girls instead of work. Featuring a dual routine for the bickering pair of Kaylie and Nicky Russo (Kalicky).

15 :01x15 - Loves Me, Loves Me Not

Payson is romanced by a potential boyfriend; Lauren's father and Emily's mother explore their feelings for each other; the Rock hosts a Valentine's mixer.

16 :01x16 - Save the Last Dance

Attending Payson's prom, The Rock girls get a taste of a normal teenage life.

17 :01x17 - Hope and Faith

With Sasha's gamble to invite the Chinese team to The Rock, the girls intensify their training to show everyone what they are made of.

19 :01x19 - The Only Thing We Have To Fear

With the National Committee seeing red over Sasha's Chinese Invitational, the pressure is on for The Rock gymnasts.

20 :01x20 - Are We Family?

In the season finale, everything is put on the line as the girls go up against the Chinese team to prove once and for all that they're the best.

21 :02x01 - Friends Close, Enemies Closer

After going rogue and defeating the Chinese national team but going against the US Gymnastics National Committee, the girls are at their best. But when the National Team have a peek at who goes to compete in France, the girls are not that confident that they will make the cut. And now Payson is back and she is determined to get to the top once again, but is she really ready? And what does this means to the other girls at The Rock?

22 :02x02 - All or Nothing

After being allowed back on the U.S. National Team, the girls head to France where everything is left on the mat in order to get one step closer to achieving their dream. With cockiness, jealousy, sabotage and self-doubt at an all-time high, as well as Ellen Beals constantly looming over the girls, the pressure is almost too much to bear. For Kaylie and Lauren, the bickering continues, while Emily pines for Damon and Payson puts her Olympic future on the line.

Frustrated with rehab, Kaylie tries a quick way out. A new coach enters the rock, and competition begins for Captain in Kaylie's absence. Emily is ready to take a major step in her life.

33 :02x13 - The Buddy System

Kaylie battles her parents to get back to the gym and her training while Payson battles herself in a quest to find her sexy side. Meanwhile, Emily uncovers a not-so-secret secret about her mother and Steve makes a shocking discovery about his trouble prone daughter.

34 :02x14 - Life Or Death

New Coach Darby's job at 'The Rock' may hang in the balance when she invites an underdog club to the rock for a meet. But outside interference has the girls heads in another place and everything doesn't go as planned.

35 :02x15 - Hungary Heart

The Rock Rebels try to get back on track after the haunting defeat at the most recent club meet. A trip to Hungary for an international meet with Russia could be just the ticket. Though first a side trip to Romania is on the ticket.

36 :02x16 - Requiem for a Dream

The news of Emily 'being with child' sends shockwaves through her life. Leaving her with a major decision to make. Meanwhile, Kaylie gets the news she's been waiting for and Lauren makes an attempt to mend fences.

37 :02x17 - To Thine Own Self Be True

Sasha's impending announcment of who will fill Kaylie's spot on the U.S. World team has every one at 'The Rock' on edge. Meanwhile, Damon makes a major decision in regards to his romance with Emily and Summer struggles with her commitment to marrying Steve.

39 :02x19 - What Lies Beneath

The World's competition in Rio de Janeiro is fast approaching, yet the team is preoccupied by everything but gymnastics: Lauren fights for Max's attention while simultaneously trying to keep her involvement in Sasha's resignation a secret; Payson finds the perfect solution to her family's financial problems, with potentially costly consequences; and Kelly must choose between pleasing her mother and being a loyal teammate. Even Sasha is distracted by his feelings for Summer and news of her impending wedding. Through it all, team captain Kaylie tries to keep the peace among her teammates while growing increasingly uncomfortable with lying to the public about her anorexia -- not only is keeping such a huge secret hurting her recovery, but it's also affecting her gymnastics.

When the team arrives in Rio, things go from bad to worse when the girls crumble under the seemingly insurmountable pressure. As the pettiness and in-fighting grow out-of-control, will Coach Belov be able to convince his team to believe in themselves and each other before it's too late, or will the girls have to kiss their medal aspirations goodbye?

The coach assigns the girls roommates, causing Payson and Lauren to butt heads and forcing Kaylie to confront her trust issues concerning Kelly. Meanwhile, Austin wants Kaylie to think of her future beyond the Olympics.

43 :03x03 - Time is of the Essence

Mac makes no adjustment when transitioning from coaching men's gymnastics to women's, and as a result, his tactics prove ineffective with the girls. Meanwhile, Payson can't escape the lingering ramifications of her kiss with Sasha.

44 :03x04 - Growing Pains

The girls are visited by their families, and Payson's dad gives her some bad news while Kaylie tries to curb her parents' feuding by making Austin tag along to a family dinner. Elsewhere, Lauren is advised to consult a doctor about her condition.

45 :03x05 - Dream On

The girls compete in the semi-qualifications. Meanwhile, Kelly's mother tries to take down Kaylie; Payson gets overprotective about Lauren's health issues; and a new curfew halts Payson's burgeoning romance.

46 :03x06 - Listen to the Universe

Lauren is heart-broken to discover that her heart condition will require surgery and wonders how this will affect her chances of making the Olympic team.

47 :03x07 - Truth Be Told

Lauren undergoes an experimental procedure, and her recovery time weighs heavily on her future as a possible Olympic gymnast. Elsewhere, Jordan's world is shaken by the arrival of an unexpected visitor.

48 :03x08 - United Stakes

In the series finale, Payson boldly changes her floor routine, jeopardizing her spot on the team. Meanwhile, Kaylie's shocked by her drug-screening results; Lauren weighs her recovery against her Olympic dreams; and Jordan won't accept help from Kaylie.
