The Dark Surfer sends Falcon & HERBIE to a world ruled by an alternate version of the Scarlet Witch known as the Scarlet Empress.

They team up with an elderly Magneto to free the imprisoned world's greatest hero, The Man, so they can stop the Scarlett Empress.

At the start of the episode, when the Dark Surfer says “Add infinity to infinity”, he is still portrayed as Silver Surfer ...

but when the shot widens out and he says “I can scatter the six of you across time space & reality. You'll be outa my universe forever”, he is Dark Surfer.
