The story of Rudyard Kipling's son and how he was denied admittance in the British military prior to WWI due to myopia, until his dad intervenes. After participating in one of the "greatest battles in the history of the world" a telegram arrives announcing he is missing in action, prompting his parents to seek out the truth of his fate.
